- There’s no waste either – unlike fresh fruit which has a limited shelf life, frozen fruit can be used as needed and the remaining can be returned to the freezer. Also, Wawona’s frozen fruit won’t bruise and rot.
- The quality and taste issues are even more stark compared to canned fruits, which are stored in a sugary purée and lack real flavor.
