Blend Your Ingredients Together
First, you’ll want to gather a substantial amount of fresh ingredients and blend them into a thick, smoothie mixture.

Your smoothie should consist of:

  • Fresh or frozen acai berries
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 cup of greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of peeled apple slices
  • ½ a cup of blueberries
  • 1-2 cups of ice depending on your desired temperature.

Blend the ingredients together then pour them into a medium-sized bowl.

Peach and Strawberry Pop Tarts

Bring back an old-fashioned favorite by offering pop tarts that are both delicious and healthy! These tasty treats are simple to make and will satisfy all ages.

INGREDIENTS
Pastry Dough (Pre-made pastry dough can be substituted)
2.5 Cps. Flour 
2 sticks unsalted butter
2 Tsp. Sugar
1 pinch salt
5-6 Tbs. Ice Water

Filling
12 Frozen Strawberries
12 pc. Wawona Signature Peaches
Icing:
3 Cps. Confectioner Sugar
1 Egg White
3 tsp. Water
6 pc. Wawona IQF Peaches- diced small and oven dried 
(Makes 6 pop tarts)

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the flour, sugar and salt together. Slice the butter into small pieces and using a pastry cutter incorporate into the flour until you get a crumble mixture. Slowly add in the water, use 4 Tbs water 1st and only if needed add in the other Tbs. dough should just come together. Refrigerate for 2 hours before using.

Roll the dough out to about 1/8” thickness. Cut the dough into 6”x3” rectangles. Use the excess dough to roll and repeat the same. Using 2 dough pieces, place 2 strawberries in the center and place 2 Peaches on top. Place another piece of dough on top. Using a fork, seal the edges well. Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven low fan and bake until golden brown. Let cool completely and the spread the icing on top. Sprinkle with some of the oven dried peaches. Serve.

You can also use Puff Pastry dough and make into a toaster pastry. Same method of building and baking.

Peach Quinoa Cobb Bowl

Why not switch up the classic cobb salad with delicious peaches and quinoa? This will bring a unique twist to your operation and drive your customers wild, especially with Wawona’s Signature Peaches.

INGREDIENTS
1 Cp. Prepared Quinoa
1 Cp Wawona Signature Peaches Drained or IQF peaches (approx. 4 slices)
1 Cp. Diced blackened Chicken
¼ Cp. Diced Bacon
½ Cp. Cheddar Cheese diced
½ Cp. Shredded Romaine
2 Tbs. Pickled Onion
3oz Apple Cider Vinaigrette

INSTRUCTIONS
Place quinoa at the bottom of the bowl, top with lettuce, then in rows (like a cobb salad) place chicken then peaches followed by bacon and cheese; top with pickled onions and dress with apple cider vinaigrette.

Peach French Toast!

Not only is this dish delicious, it also smells incredible. Wawona Frozen Foods’ Signature Peaches and French toast are the perfect combination. This dish is perfect for any occasion, yearround. Don’t miss out on adding this scrumptious recipe to your operation today! 

INGREDIENTS 
8 pc. thick sliced Multi-grain bread 
3 eggs 
1cp. Milk 
½ Cp. Signature Peaches- pureed 
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg 
4 Tbs. Butter + 4 Tbs. Melted Butter 
24 slices of Wawona Freestone IQF Peaches 
¼ tsp Lavender 
(Serves 4) 

PREPARATION 
Beat the eggs, milk, peach purée and nutmeg together. In a hotel pan, layout the bread. Pour over the egg/milk/peach mixture and let absorb overnight in the refrigerator. In a sauté pan, sauté the 4 Tbs butter and the peaches, add in the lavender and sauté until caramelized. Keep warm and set aside for service. On a flattop griddle, place each bread slice and sear for 2 minutes or until medium brown in color, flip, press and do the same. Cut the bread in half and serve 4 pc with approximately 6 peaches on top, garnish with fresh whipped cream if desired.

Peach, Tomato, and Fried Farro Salad with Burrata

Everyone wants something light and satisfying in the summer that is bursting with summer produce. The combination of juicy peaches and tomatoes pairs beautifully with the creamy burrata. The final addition of fried farro gives the salad a wonderful crunch, and is also easy to prepare. 

INGREDIENTS 
– 4 cups canola oil 
– 1 (8.5 oz) pouch of pre-cooked farro (~ 1 ¾ cups) 
– ½ teaspoon kosher salt 
– 1 lb. assorted small and large heirloom tomatoes, cored and cut into 1 in. wedges 
– 2 medium peaches, cut into 1 in. wedges 
– 2 cups baby arugula 
– ¼ cup very thinly vertically sliced red onion 
– 2 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh mint 
– 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 
– 1 ½ tablespoons white wine vinegar 
– ¼ teaspoon black pepper 
– 2 (4 oz) balls burrata cheese, torn in half 

INSTRUCTIONS 
1. Heat Canola oil in Dutch oven over medium-high until thermometer in oil registers 375 degrees F. Add half of farro, fry until browned and crisp (4-5 minutes). Remove fried farro from pan with a strainer. Drain in paper towels, and immediately sprinkle with salt to taste. 
2. Combine tomatoes, peaches, arugula, onion, and mint in a large bowl. Combine olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl or jar, whisking or seal and shake until well blended. Drizzle half of dressing over tomato mixture. Arrange salad on a platter; top with burrata pieces and about 2/3 cup farro. Drizzle salad with remaining dressing, and serve immediately. 
(Remaining farro can be stored at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 1 week, or frozen for 3-4 months).
